Turning Your Wish List into Reality Checklist

At this stage in the process you have developed your wish list. Now review it with your agent or broker. Your agent serves as a reality check and helps you balance what you want with where you want to live and how much you can afford. Together you are turning the wish list into a realty list. There are a couple of steps you can take to make this process easier.

1. Decide what on your list is absolutely necessary.
2. Rank the remaining items on the list from top to bottom starting with the amenities you would most like to have.
